The most tender pork roast, the yuca was perfectly moist with delicious sweet plantains!
The best part was that it was not high in sodium which usually happens with restaurant food.

I generally love Sergio's but if you are ordering delivery don't bother with the fried yuca or croquetas. The croquetas are soggy and the fried yuca is way too small for what they charge for it. Steak sammiches are always on point tho.

This steak sandwich is dryer than the Mojave Desert. No Mayo, No ketchup, no packets on the side--- DRYYY. The tomatoes were green, the steak was tough and cold. This is saying a lot because typically everything hits the spot when you're hungry. I enjoyed the >Jupiña Can and the little crispy potatoes. If you want a >1975 Pan Con Bistec try Las Vegas or La Carreta instead.

Food taste great. But the amount of food i got vs the amount i paid is kind of sad. They flatten out the meat so it appears larger (in our case we had 2X Vaca Frita and A Mojo Shredded Chicken)They also use these trays that have an indent at the bottom so the plate looks fuller. Flip it over and see for your self. I wont be buying from them in the future even though the food taste great.

Vaca Frita was juicy and flavored perfectly! Great black beans as well. The meal as a whole was better than any other Cuban food in the area.
