Both fried and steamed dumplings were delicious and flavorful not to mention the beautiful custom packaging! The soup was fantastic down to the broth which was unlike any other I've had in a long time! My family and I love everything :)

I have ordered from Serious Dumplings before. This is my last. Just so others know before you order, menu says 8 Pan-Fried Chicken Dumplings, false. They only serve 6 now according to the person at the restaurant that answered the telephone. The food may be good, but I also want a good value and don't like to be deceived. I was told that they get several complaints, but nothing has been done about it.

Food was pretty tasty but cant ignore the portion sizes being wrong. Only got 6 dumplings instead of 8 and 5 soup dumplings out of 6, plus my chicken wings were buried in breading. Definitely disappointing

Everything looks, smells, and tastes delicious. The pork buns were fluffy and not too sweet. The scallion pancakes were crispy and yummy.be careful with the soup dumplings as the liquid is hot inside. The shrimp siu mai were great too.

My second time ordering. Fist time they were out of the soup Shanghai Soup Dumplings so i didnt review. This time I ordered the Crispy Chicken, the Wonton Soup, and the Shanghai Soup Dumplings. The Crispy Chicken was not crispy, tasted funny and had a color that was not a brown you would normally expect from a fried chicken. See my picture looks nothing like one listed in menu The soup dumplings were good except for 2 of the dumplings having no soup in them. The wonton soup was good but was nothing more than broth with wontons in it. Also there was only 6 wontons not 8 as stated n menu. My first order came with chopsticks and napkins. This time my order was packed without them. My two experiences are varied but overall this will be my last time ordering as I do not feel the quality warrants the cost.
