Everything is amazing and fresh. The Emilia is beautiful, with a little kick, the Manzo is excellent, with a little kick, the Prosciutto Di Parma is light with a lovely pesto dressing, and the Upside Down is just wonderful. And of course the Pepperoni with the peppers. Only thing I wish they had is a little sauce on the side for thay wonderful crust!

What can I say, Serra Provisions is an institution. Pizza = fantastic (esp the Piccante, try it trust me), sandwhiches are delicious, FRESH and filling. Salads are some of my standbys (Caesar with chicken YUM). The storefront is incredible with great imported Italian treats, as well as seasonal soups and their wine selection is very discerning. This is a foodie casual upscale place, and well worth every penny. Everyone I introduce it to is like: WOW. I regularly order pizza and bring it out to my relations out East, who are have only generic pizza places around them. BONUS: sandwhiches keep well in the fridge (think picnics/roadtrips) and pizza reheats great. Or eat it cold :)

It's our 2nd time ordering, and we got the same thing because we couldn't stop talking about it. The calabrese sandwich is to die for. The only thing was the 1st time it was on Ciabatta, and the 2nd time on Foccacia. Both are good, but better on the Ciabatta. And the Cipolla pizza is divine. it's a party in your mouth. Again, the 1st time, it was better. The dough was crispy throughout. This time, the center was a total mush and ice cold.Though I'm sure it was cold because our dasher had another stop before us, which, personally, I'm not a fan of. Who wants cold food? And he definitely didn't use warming bags. Anyway, we will definitely order again since the food is pretty fabulous. The ingredients are top-notch!! We just wish they had indoor seating so we could get it hot and fresh.
