10/10. Had a double ShackBurger burger with avocado. The burger arrived warm and the avocado was SO creamy. I love that they gave me a generous amount of avocado and that it wasnt brown. Burger was juicy, with crisp edges. It was the perfect smashburger. I wish I could personally thank the CHEF, that graced my burger with their talented hands. Lol. Thank you shake shack!

The double SmokeShack is probably the best fast food burger out there. The Spicy Fries with Ranch were actually a bit spicy which isn't common for fast food advertised as so. 10/10 would smash again.

The shake is amazing, but the chicken sandwich is horrible. And I dont say this lightly, I love chicken and can eat just about any kind of chicken. This is the highest processed, over salted and tastes like it was frozen for a year then fried chicken sandwich. Also, it looks nothing like the picture, much smaller. I feel like I've been ripped off.

There is an option to replace the bun of the bruger with a lettuce wrap, and I have seen them at other places and thought it would be a better alternative. Shake shack just put two pieces of lettuce on either side. My burger fell apart immediately and I was highly disappointed. The shakes were fine but they didn't provide straws so I had to improvise. Overall I was disappointed by what I got especially with the prices. Wish I ordered Culvers instead.
