• DoorDash order1st time having shake shack. This is in comparison to In n Out.
The ShackBurger was solid. It tasted like a good burger from a family bbq. Nothing jumping out. Bread was soft. Shape didn't hold up well. Taste 3.7 out of 5.
The Cheese Fries were also solid. They held up pretty well. Crispy and the cheese was mor like velvets cheese on top. Not bad and not amazing. I think the type cheese is better than cheese fries from in n out. 4 out of 5.
The Cookies and Cream Shake is also solid. I like this shakes consistency better than an in n out burger. It taste like a better Carls Jr shake. 3.85 out of 5.
Overall all give it a 4/5.
I would have it again but not completly better than In n Out. The Burger could be better.

• DoorDash orderburger was bomb ! you can taste the meat unlike other burgers. Def the best burger in town!!!Chocolate Shake was bomb as well! nice rich chocolate flavor.

• DoorDash orderThe Korean Style Fried Chicken Sandwich was tiny. It tasted okay. It looked so much better in the picture but it was such a small sandwich it didnt fulfill any kind of hunger and for that price... forget about it. Had higher expectations for this place. It was my first time trying Shake Shack. Also didn't get the fries because the price was so expensive. No combos?? Ehhh.

• DoorDash orderI received delivery direct to me & all good was ice cold! Shake shack uses very poor quality to go containers that causees foods to spoil during transport. This is unacceptable!
Additionally, the Smoky Classic BBQ Burger had less than a dab of BBQ sauce on it with no additional BBQ sauce condiment sent. This forced me to put ketchup on my BBQ burger after having to microwave it of course!
The Cheese Fries was sent with just a dab of cheese sauce on it forcing me to eat the majority of the Cheese Fries with ketchup after paying the extra cost for Cheese Fries.
This restaurant engages in unfair business practices that only cheapens them & their food.
