• DoorDash orderThe Cheese Fries are always great. The Grilled Cheese was made of two buns inside out with cheese in the middle. The buns are soft so it was delicious. The Chicken Shack was juicy and lightly breaded. I like how they have the sandwiches in bags and a fork with the fries. the Vanilla & Chocolate Shake was creamy and just the right balance of vanilla and chocolate. I'm not sure how different it tastes from the shake with the chocolate syrup. the reviews score the other one higher. I like all their shakes except the brownie one.
I prefer to have the bag stapled or tied.

• DoorDash reviewThe burgers were very tasty, but not a lot there for what I paid. The bacon/cheese fries were also really good and worth the money. The picture is very misleading on the sundae as it was half of the amount that it shows and it was pretty thrown together. Four four people to eat it was a bit over $100 and when I look at what we got for that money, I would go somewhere else that offers more food for that kind of money.

• DoorDash orderBest burgers in town. Vanilla & Chocolate Shake with malt is delightful. ShackBurger is best when you make it a double. Cheese Fries are great. The Fried Pickles with Ranch hit the spot, I only wish they could be ordered crispy. Some of the pickle skins are tough, but it's fun to have these as an option.

• DoorDash orderCaveat: the delivery took quite a while as this store is several minutes' drive from where I live. So degradation of quality is to be expected. That being said, I'm not impressed. I'll be going over the factors that are not affected by the drive.
The sandwiches don't seem very well put together and fall apart easily, even before you take them out of their wrapper. The burger is extremely greasy and the patty doesn't seem all that well seasoned. I could not really detect any strong distinguishing flavors. Shake Shack is often compared to In-N-Out, so with that in mind I have to say In-N-Out's Thousand Island spread adds way more flavor than the Shack Sauce as it's called here.
The bacon cheese fries were okay, I'll give them that. Nothing to write home about, and certainly not worth $8 for a small paper boat of them. The bacon and cheese sauce did not add much flavor to the fries at all. The Animal Fries at In-N-Out completely walk all over this sad side dish, I have to say.
If you want a good drive-thru burger experience, this unfortunately ain't it. My review has already hinted at where you should go instead ...
