The best thing about Shake Shake was the packaging. Nice logo imprinted on the containers. Hamburger was subpar, as were the fries, shake was fast food good. Burger was the size of a McDonald's kids burger in a box the size of a Jumbo Jack. Paid WAY too much for three items. Thought it would be good to to test the waters. I'll sick with Nations and get a piece of pie for less.

I was really disappointed with this order. The burger was extremely salty and the bun was hard. On top of that, the packaging was unacceptable, the bag wasn’t sealed in any way. For the price point and DoorDash order, the least you could’ve done was use a sticker or staple to secure the bag close.

The Chicken Shack, Fries and Fifty/Fifty lemonade were great! Just wish the cup for the herb mayo had a bit more in it.

Dry burgers and there was only a little sauce on the burgers. I ordered extra shack sauce on the side and it was very little as well. Only a quarter was filled in the sauce container so three fourths of it was empty.

Cherry Blossom Shake tastes like cherries even though the description states it is "cherry blossom" flavored. Ew. Overpriced store in general.
