I am very disappointed w my order from Shane's. The meat on my bun was dry, the cold slaw didnt have any mayo or sauce (very dry), I asked for extra sauce and to cut my sandwich in half an I got neither. It will be a long time before I order from Shanes.

I have no idea what happened to the quality of SRS's ribs. I have ordered from them for years and the few orders I've made in 2025 have been horrible. The meat use to fall off the bone and now its so tough to even separate them even my dog didnt want any of it. Unfortunately today was my last order and now I'll be searching for better quality ribs once again. For the price I to pay for these ribs, me nor anyone else should have to workout and get a gym membership just to be able to seperate a rib. I didnt even want to give this one star!
