Pot Stickers (3) 锅贴 seemed not steamed and flash fried..they also had no flavor and a really doughy wrapper Sizzling Rice Soup 锅巴汤 has almost no flavor and nearly half of the soup was water chestnuts.

I liked the large portions of vegetables in the chow mein. Chicken salad has large portions of chicken and is my favorite. Orange chicken has to be eaten right away. I was expecting the chicken to be more crispier.
