My son just moved to Washington and they're getting settled in so I thought I'd surprise them with a great breakfast. Everyone loved the food and plan on going in to dine.

Didnt add my pie to order. The biscuits had barely any gravy and there was 4 pieces of sausage.

Grilled Chicken Avocado and Bacon Sandwich was a mess. way too much mayo, bun was soggy and inedible. they changed the Side of French Fries, and not for the better. they were greasy.

The Spring Omelette and pies were great, so were pancakes, the hash browns were burnt and rancid tasting.

I wasn't sure I'd like this but it was SOOO MUCH BETTER than IHOP! and the portions size was perfect! I felt full and satisfied.
