The bad: The chashu was too lean, and the slices very thin. Gyoza was oddly doughy.
The good: Everything is packaged very well and it arrived quickly. (It's near me, but also, the prep time was very low.) Though the texture was odd, the flavor of the gyoza was good. The flavor of the broth was fine. Not anything amazing, but definitely not bad. The flavor of the chashu was good (though not enough to make up for the toughness and dryness.)
I'd order the gyoza again, but not the ramen. Maybe if I was there in person, but it's not good enough to justify the higher price, to me. If it's close to you and you like your chashu leaner, it's definitely worth trying.

Noodles were a little too tough tonight and the pork was not melt-in-your-mouth as it normally is, however the broth was the saving grace. Might have just been an off night, normally no complaints with Shin-Sen-Gumi.
