The hakata ramen was very tasty! I got extra egg, pork , bamboo shoot and bean sprouts to add. Just wish they give a little more broth. Was only about 1 cup broth

Portion sizes small and overpriced. Flavor fine but no better than others. No flavored egg, mushroom or any other topping for $17. Only noodles, meat and onions. $6 for side Seared Pork Belly Chashu and only got one piece. I do not recommend and will not order again.

The portions on the soft shell crab are small.
It's incredibly over priced. I recommend going to kitakata down the street, Shin Sen Gumi has been going downhill for years

This Hakata Ramen never disappoints! Always amazing and worth waiting for them to open at 6 for dinner.
