Everything was delivered as ordered and even included reheating instructions. I added an egg and extra Chashu pork. The Hakata ramen broth is very flavorful even without added spice. The only thing missing that would have made it a perfect delivery experience were chop sticks and a spoon.

The Hakata Ramen was kinda sparse compared to what you get in the storefront. The pork was not as tender as in the past. The broth was still decent tasting as well as the bamboo and boodles . The chicken karage was kinda not crispy and bland.

Food was delicious! Curry was packed in a separate container so the pork cutlets were still very crispy!

We love the ramen here, and we decided to try the Vegetarian Ramen these last couple times and found out we loved it even more because it has a lighter taste to it. The Negima (4pc) was a new addition this time around and it was delicious, the meat was tender and flavorful each time we took a bite. Takoyaki is my favorite side order to get and it was delicious as well. Shin-Sen Gumi Hakata Ramen Express spares no one in how delicious all of their dishes are they are my favorite Ramen shop.

I haven't had shin sen in so long! We used to go to the one in fountain valley, but it's pretty far for us to drive. Really missed these flavors!
