For as long as I've patronized Shinrai, I'm not sure why I am just becoming a fan of the Yakisoba! Was looking to up my veggie intake. Ordering the Veggie Noodles comes with the perfect mix and proportion of perfectly sauteed broccoli, cabbage, carrots, and zucchini. Then I topped it off with salmon-perfection.

Wylie Roll fresh and tasty
Steak and Shrimp Hibachi steak was so tender and flavorful. Shrimp were fresh and perfectly cooked.
The side noodles were also excellent, soft, tender, and very tasty.

This was our first try for this place. We got the Chicken and Steak Hibachi. The steak was cooked perfect. The only negative is they need some ginger sauce. Its slightly bland which would be perfect if they just had some good sauce. Also, more zucchini would've been nice. We had 3 small pieces....however what we did have was really tasty.

I'd give this place a second try but I'd dine in. The Maverick roll is sliced on the biased. It was tasty but super thin and definitely not what I'm looking for in sushi. The Plano roll was good but the shrimp/salmon on top should read shrimp or salmon as they weren't stacked as anticipated. Only two pieces came with shrimp. The other six were topped with salmon. The fried rice was bland and onion overpowered the dish. No seasoning was added to the chicken. No salt. No pepper. Just grilled chicken breast. The best part was the side of noodles I grabbed for the kid. A little dry but the flavor was great!
