the Curry Katsu Donburi Curry Katsu Donburiカレ-かつ丼 was crunchy on the outside, soft and tender on the inside and the skin/breading was not slipping off like most do, the Zaru Soba Zaru Soba / さるそば was refreshing, very fresh taste, noodles are amazing quality, although my only concern was that the wasabi was in the same container the green onions were so I, as a green onion enjoyer, dumped the entire thing of wasabi in my noodles unknowingly... I had to rinse my noodles. The green onions blended in with how green the wasabi is and so I ate a whole thing of it, but to be fair, I can say that their wasabi is fresh!

The portions are miniscule. Miso Fried Tofu Miso Fried Tofu 味噌油揚げ is not even enough for a proper mouthful.
Tonkatsu Tonkatsuとんかつ is mostly breading with no detectable meat on the biggest pieces on the ends.
This place is a complete rip-off.

Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of the food. The scallops were both overcooked and not seared/grilled properly but everything else was good. Really enjoyed the Zaru Soba Zaru Soba / さるそば and the peach slushy was a fantastic treat.

Buyers be aware, doordash listing says TWO skewers per order for the Kawa Kawa 雞皮 and Negima Negima ねぎま but we only got 1 of each. I called and the lady at the store said they recently changed them to be 1 skewer per order and the price was adjusted but it's not reflected on doordash. So basically we paid like $7 for 1 skewer for the kawa and negima. The lady on the phone was kind enough to offer us the missing skewers but it was still a hassle to drive back and get them. Always loved their skewers but this is an outright scam, would not order from them again.

The absolute favorites were the Gyu Don Prime Beef Rice Bowl (!!!) , Zaru Soba Cold Buckwheat Noodles , and Shishito Pepper X2 Shishito Pepper.
The Kushiyaki Combo Beef, Duck & Pork was bland. Thought I ordered sauce with it so it was plain. The Gyusuji Nikomi Beef & Tendon Stew swimming in uncooked wine. There was no braised rich stew flavor. It was just straight wine.
