The hot chocolate was fine but everything else was dry and the "ham" coaches were not ham

my order was completely wrong .... I didn't not get the donuts I ordered, and instead of fritters I got some twist things. Kolaches were stale. I literally ate one donut an trashed the rest. would like a refund!!
