• DoorDash orderI recently ordered from Shiromaru and was thoroughly impressed. It was my first time trying tonkotsu, and the broth was amazing and flavorful with the perfect medium spice level. The Classic Tonkotsu was delicious and satisfying. The Salmon Lemon Roll was phenomenal, with fresh and flavorful ingredients. Overall, a fantastic meal that I highly recommend!
