Credit where its due: food quality was good and the food tasted great; however, the service did not match the food. I had ordered many hours ahead to pick-up between 4:50-5:10 (time was specified on the order), but I got a text that the food was ready 30 minutes early. I was in rush hour traffic and was worried the food was going to get cold, so I called the store. The lady who answered didn't speak English too well and couldn't really understand me. She then told me that they couldn't have the food ready at the promised time because they had a large party to prepare food for. I guess I was a second tier customer, because my order wasn't too important for them.
I'm a fan of supporting local businesses, but I recommend working a bit on the customer service.

Tahdigh wasn't fresh and tastes wierd .
Kebbab was delicious but the rice wasn't good .

There was too much oil in the rice. Other than that it tastes good

The bread was stale and dry. It was also a bit burnt on the edges.
The food was also delivered cold which didn't help.
