• DoorDash orderThe food is great. The problem is the inaccuracy of filling the orders. We have ordered from here from DoorDash, we have ordered take out that we picked up ourselves and we have eaten in. In total probably 8-10 takeout or delivery orders over 3 years. They almost ALWAYS leave something off the takeout and delivery orders. We just ordered from them via DoorDash delivery and once again missing items. They did not send our Sashimi Roll or the fried rice that went with our Chicken Breast hibachi. They did not send ginger and wasabi with the sushi rolls. We ordered an extra 2 oz Yum Yum sauce which they did not include. This happens almost every time we order to go from here. When I order and pickup myself I now I have to open the bags to check for everything before leaving.
This has nothing to do with DoorDash. A basic skill that a restaurant should have is to fill orders accurately. Things happen every now and then but we have experienced missing items at this location at least 6 times now. That is inexcusable and poor management of the restaurant. Teach your kitchen staff to check off items on a receipt as they place them into the bags, it's as simple as that. The times we have encountered missing items with pick up orders and went back in, or more recently found it out before leaving, the staff at the front desk were not apologetic and did not show any sign that they care. The management needs to do a better job of training their staff.
