• DoorDash orderKimchi Butter Katsu Chicken Family Pack this place has hands down my FAVORITE Hawaiian barbecue. This time our dashers took an extra job and got lost on top of that, so it wasn't as crispy as it could have been, but still so, so good.

• DoorDash orderLet me start by saying—the food was fire. Everything tasted fresh, packed with flavor, and had that “made with love” vibe that makes you want to come back for more. Shootz clearly knows how to do good food right, and I respect that a lot.
The only thing that gave me a little pause was that the packaging didn’t have any tamper-proof measures. It’s not a dealbreaker, but in today’s delivery world, a simple seal or sticker would make a huge difference for customer peace of mind.
Out of respect for how much I enjoyed the meal, I wanted to share this feedback. Shootz is doing great things, and adding that extra touch would take them to the next level. I’ll definitely be ordering again because, let’s be real, the food speaks for itself.
Keep it up, Shootz. You’ve got a good thing going.
