I'm no Thai food expert, but I know what I like, and the Pad Thai at Siam Terrace is one of my favorite meals from any local restaurant. And they don't mind making it non-spicy for lightweights like me. But whatever spice level you like, do yourself a favor and get a side of peanut sauce (usually served with chicken satay). Adding the extra peanut sauce to the pad thai ROCKS!
