I've ordered from here multiple times, and every dish has been delicious. I especially like their Mapo Tofu and the boiled fish with green peppercorns. I love the taste and experience of the "numbing" peppercorns, and it's hard to find a place that uses enough of them to suit my taste — Sichuan Impression gets it right! I also like that they fulfill orders quickly, package them well, and you get big portions; a single MT is 2-3 meals for me (usually it's still gone in a single day).

Kong Pao chicken is not as authentic as Kuanzhai and Chongqing Mei Wei many years ago. The sauce is kind of heavy. We love most foods in this restaurant. Hope they can improve the Kong Pao Chicken.

Chili pepper seeds were not removed and spice level was way higher than normal spice levels when dining at restaurant. We have eaten from the restaurant on many occasions but preparation and spice level here was not great compared to typical standards. We ordered the Spicy Fried Squid Dry Pot干锅鱿鱼 and Wok-Fried Free Range Chicken with Rattan Pepper藤椒爆土鸡 and they were both much spicier than normal.

I ordered Intestine Tofu, which I ordered before and liked. This time it was a complete different dish, no tofu, mixed intestine with overcooked potatos, which made the soup very chunky. Tastes so weird
