Side Salad exceeds expectations. Very nice portion, especially for the price. Straight Cut Fries are well seasoned with just the right crunchy cook to them. Single Burger was thick and juicy, as always. Love the whole pickle on the side. Grilled Ranch Wrap was stuffed to the brim. Very satisfied. 🌟

The Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo was not good at all. Honestly it tasted awful. I just ended up trashing it. My Garlic Toast was soggy and gross. the only thing good was my baby Kids Spaghetti. I wasn't not impressed.

I have eaten in the restaurant on multiple occasions and the food is always excellent. This is the first time I have used Door Dash with them and I’m a bit disappointed. I ordered the meatball sub with jumble crinkle fries, one extra ranch sauce, and one extra marinara sauce. I was watching my dasher on the app, and he got lost. He ended up going way out of the way, but I didn’t have any contact information to let him know. He eventually found his way to my address and was apologetic, so that wasn’t really a huge deal.
However, once I got my food, I opened the container and there was only the sandwich and the extra sauces. No fries. I immediately called the restaurant to see what happened and was told they stopped selling the crinkle fries. I told him I was just in there last week and ordered them. He said they stopped selling them this past Thursday (it is now Sunday), and said I could either dispute it with Door Dash to get a refund or he could take my information and leave a note for the manager so I could get a comped meal next time I’m in. That is the option I chose.
The reason I’m giving 3 stars is because they knew they didn’t have the fries when making my food, but they didn’t take the initiative to substitute anything else before letting the order go out the door; they sell other kinds of fries.
At the very least, they could’ve written a note on the receipt to let me know why there were no fries with my order. If I hadn’t called exactly at 7:40 PM and caught them open (they stop taking orders at 7:40 PM according to the app), I wouldn’t have had any idea what was going on and would’ve just been out the money, paying $27.24 total (with fees and tip) for a 6-inch sub.
That’s a bit ridiculous if you ask me. I ordered the extra ranch to dip my fries in, so that was a waste.
As of this review, they haven’t updated their menu to remove the crinkle fries. Hopefully they do so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
