The smoked salmon (nova lox) is outstanding. Unfortunately the sesame bagels were overcooked and, therefore, hard. Not acceptable for a bagel costing more than $3 each.

This is our second time ordering from here. The first time we were impressed. Today, ALL our bagels were burnt to a crisp and hard as a rock. Sadly, we were hosting and couldn't serve the bagels. Shocked that they knowingly gave us these.
