There is NOTHING simple about this Simon. (Meal deal #1, large supreme pizza and original calzone $24.95, oven baked traditional wings, $7.99)
This is the pizza flavor of my childhood: generous toppings, fresh and perfectly seasoned, lounging in a sauce that introduces them fondly to the crust. This pizzeria crust is tender, and not too doughy, allowing those toppings to star in literally every bite from edge to edge. The artistry of the Calzone strikes you upon opening the box. I was shocked at the huge size, stuffed with meats and cheese. It would easily feed two to three people. The traditional WINGS are without question the best wings anywhere! The meat is fall-off-the-bone tender, juicy and well-seasoned. The skin is delicately caramelized with a flavorful texture that renders flour breading dull and boring. Try the Alpine SAUCE!! It's flavor may remind you of Ranch, but its fresh, slightly tangy accents make Ranch long for a rejuvenating trip to the mountains! This combo special could easily feed 3-4 people, even without wings. At $24.95, that is less than $8 a person----less than a burger combo at most places, and, in my opinion, no match for Simple Simon. Last, but not least, their customer service is stellar!! After several orders, I have always encountered an enthusiastic, helpful, and cheerful person on the phone. From food, flavor and value, to outstanding service, Simple Simon's Pizza is an excellent choice. THANK YOU so much!
