Fresh and delicious!! Big lime wedge was included and a generous port of peanuts/peanut sauce with the pad thai. Spring rolls big and delicious! Great flavor and will order again!

Can now confidently say Simplee Pho has the best Pho, Vietnamese dishes, Noodles, Apps, and more in the TC South Metro; nothing else comes close. Constantly nail it with taste and texture and even provide hoisin, Chili Oil, Extra Sriracha to adjust heat as you like. Their Rare Steak & Tripe Pho broth and Pad Thai are delicious as served but add a little Sriracha and/or hoisin at least once to try it's incredible. You can tell they really care about what they serve too. In a word, phenomenal. :)
