tempura was a little over cooked and the shrimp sauce was a little thin but still good. also appreciate that when I asked for no eggplant in the tempura that they listened.

Substituted bok choy with brocolli as requested, was delicious and still hot when it arrived and sat on my kitchen counter for 30 minutes. Simply Ramen is my favorite restaurant in Albany!

potstickers were great, but the ramen was very much not. to be honest, it tasted and smelled like a dirty foot. I really apologize if people like this kind of broth, but I took 2 or 3 tries and had to throw it away. my mouth was permeated with gym sock.
