so good!! The dumpling sauce (vinegary) made it just perfect. The dumplings were perfectly cooked; the skin wasnt too soft or falling apart. It was chewy and the meat was bouncy.

Its no Shanghai Dumplings. The Rice Noodle with Spicy Beef Mushroom Sauce 麻辣菌香牛肉米粉 had what seemed like spaghetti not rice noodles. Beef was good flavor. V2 Rainbow Dumplings 五彩缤纷 were bland. The 2 pieces Pork Pickled Cabbage Steam Buns 两个 猪肉酸菜包子 pork was good but bao dough was too "bread" like and not soft a pillowy. All for $60 which was too much.

P2 Pork Chive 猪肉韭菜 are average but not bad. There are a lot of onions (straight onions) in the Pork Burger 猪馍 so make sure to ask for it out if you don't want to cry when you eat it otherwise it is amazing

My first time spending 25 dollars for a dumpling delivery. It tastes decent though. A bit too expensive but quite authentic.
