They continue to please. Per our request they made our two dishes low sodium, plus they added peas to Rogan Josh and paneer and extra fresh ginger to Aloo Gobi. Always accommodating, always fresh, rarely average tasting.

• DoorDash orderfood is always fantastic, but for $20 i would hope the container of Lamb Curry would be more than half meat, half sauce. slightly disappointing. Kheer was actually even better than usual, very light and creamy. Pudeena Naan, which i tried for the first time, was okay, but regrettably not filled with /fresh/ mint, rather it was filled with what must have been ground mint from a spice bar. surprising, considering the quality of Sitar's food in general. perhaps it's an authentic recipe; I'm not sure.
