This place is phenomenal! Love the P.I.G. The mac and cheese might be the best I've ever had, nice and mokey. And the beans! Love them-they're super tangy and oh so good! Highly recommend!

The brisket two step was my first purchase here and lemme tell y'all that it was so juicy, savory, the perfect amount of sauce, the pickles and onions had a nice amount of crunch as well. 10/10 would recommend. The jalapeño chips were fire too

Everything was great. MCDOWELL and TEXAS TRILL are flavorful, meat is juicy and smokey. MUSTARD BASED COLESLAW has a little kick which is nice, flavor reminds me a bit of korean jjolmyeon. Haven't had BANANA PUDDING this good in a long time!
Everything came at appropriate temps and no soggy bread.
Curious to try the rest of the menu.
