• DoorDash orderVery unique food in a town where most BBQ is the same. Slab's focus is as much on sandwiches and sauce as it ison the meats. I get the BBQ NACHOS every few weeks. Not a low fat, low carb choice but the mix of meat, queso, pickles, onion jalaeno and sauce is great over tortilla chip s
