I mentioned I was having a tough day when requesting extra butter for my lobster roll--- someone at the store wrote a note back saying "hope this helps" with a smiley face. Honestly, a simple detail like that shows they are going above and beyond and it really made my day. Plus, the food is fantastic as always. I sure hope the manager reads this and recognizes they have a great staff!

Food was average at best. Lobster in Clobster Grilled Cheese and Two (2) Lobster Taquitos were rubbery. New England Chowder Bowl fries were good, everything else not so much.

The Clobster Grilled Cheese was ok. I thought it was going to be more cheesy. The lobster was rubbery so I ended up picking it out. The fries that it comes with were delicious. Even after delivery the fries were yummy.
