I don't know if you guys messed up but I got the most chewy and dry chicken ever. It was quite literally inedible. I had to throw it out because it was so bad.

The milkshake portion size has decreased by at least a third since my last order in November, but the price has stayed the same; this is highly disappointing. The fries and sandwich were good.

Chicken is really good, sauce is very good as well. Okra was perfect, just not hot but it's delivery so you can't have everything perfect. Certainly order again.
