The half rack of baby back ribs was perfectly cooked and and the plentiful portion of Brussels sprouts was delicious.

got the Fresh Atlantic Salmon* , it had just the right amount of crisp on the outside while still remaining tender and juicy on the inside. the cheesy mashed potatoes were more salty than they needed to be and Honey Sriracha Brussels Sprouts were cooked a bit too long (still soft, just dark on the outside)
