Herb-Roasted Chicken was fresh, flavorful, and juicy. Prime Rib Entree* Limited Availability was still moist and tasty, even at the end of the night. Potatoes, salad, and asparagus were all fresh. pleased

Fresh Atlantic Salmon* was excellent, as well as the Asparagus. The bake on the potato was off, burnt edges. Slow-Roasted Sirloin Entree* was cooked perfectly.
