Salmon was cooked perfectly, mashed potatoes amazingly fluffy and full of flavor, and the asperaguswas cooked to a crispy delight ...slow roast is by far one of the best places in colorado springs .

The ribeye was absolutely FABULOUS!!! The entire meal was wonderful! What a breath of fresh air to have a meal that was quality and so very enjoyable. Pricepoint was absolutely reasonable and worth every penny. I recommend this restaurant with 10 stars!!

Yikes. My prime rib was 80% inedible--tough exterior, super ratty. I could only eat about 4 ounces, the rest was fat or just a tough edge . Asparagus was spicy and unbelievably salty. Baked potato was dry and crumbly.

The ribs were good but just a bit tougher than expected. Sirloin was really good! Smashed potatoes were delicious and the salad was fresh. We were also provided utensils and extra dressing! Very happy with the meal!
