Everything was fantastic. The fries were nice and textured, the ice cream still mostly frozen, and the ribs were the best part.

The prime rib was well done, but I ordered medium rare. Tried the get help link, sent in a picture, but was told more or less "tough luck". :( Sad since it was very good on previous orders.
