My Classic Rib-Eye* was cooked perfectly, and the cheddar mashed potatoes are on point. My daughters both chowed down on their Tri-Tip And Ribs* . Really good food, arrived quickly, and exceeded my expectations.

Sirloin And Ribs* Ribs thin but cooked well. Potatoes were good & stayed moist for a to-go order. Siroin left a lot to be desired. Cooked on too high of heat likely to get order pushed out quickly, but left all of one side just seered tough and dry. Also a large chunk of grizzle in cut of beef. Would not recommend dish if this is the norm. Will likely order ribs again at some point but only if specifically craving them.

So I'm pretty disappointed by this steak. For $30 I guess I expected a slightly better piece of meat. The flavor was good and I understand that there is marbling in a prime rib, but more than 1/2 of this steak was pure fat. Not marbling just pure thick fat. I would never serve a cut of meat like that to anyone. The mashed potatoes are tasty but overall this was a disappointment nothing like the photo.

Slow-Roasted Sirloin Entree* this was the toughest Slow-Roasted Sirloin Entree* that I've ever eaten. don't waste your money. I chose the asparagus and it was still VERY crunchy. the only thing I could truly eat were the mashed potatoes.
Sirloin And Ribs* the ribs were dry! like they had been sitting there for days. the meat was tough and hard to cut.
