They changed the fries. They're no longer crispy and they lack any flavor. The burger is still good at least.

Signature Double Cheeseburger did not taste as good as Wicker Park location. Golden Fries were cold and had no salt. Garlic aioli was in a tiny cup filled up a quarter of the way and lasted for seven fries. Disappointing!

This place is really good, but seems to have trouble cooking their burgers to order. I have a thing about undercooked ground meat. I'm not a rare burger kind of person. I specifically selected the well done option, but received two very pink patties. This is the second order in a row that I've had this issue. It's unfortunate because the food is tasty and high quality.
