It was my first time ordering. I am a fan now. I had the Classic Smash burger with the pepper jack cheese and Chipotle bun...yummy. Plus the Smash tots are a meal all by their self.

EVERY time we order smash burger they refuse to
Fill up the fries and onion rings. Lite 5 onion rings in my order. Ridiculous! $4+ for 5 onion rings.

6 total tots, bottom filled with greasy parchment paper. Tasted like the end of the batch and no desire to make a full order. The rest of the food was good.

$13+ for 2 CRISPY CHICKEN STRIPS kids meal and one chicken is so small and thin. Not worth it

I usually get great food here, but they must have been busy tonight. Luckily the substitutions were followed, but the patty was very burnt and there were two bottom buns. It's still not a bad burger, though, honestly. Maybe i was just hungry enough to get it down and not be too disappointed. I had the haystack onions too and they were thick and clumped together. I will say the food is usually better than this, though if I knew today was going to be an off day for them I would have gone to the store myself instead of paying nearly double the total for delivery
