When driver arrived, noticed 1 medium tea was missing and reported to the driver. Then after opening the bag realized the bbq sandwich meal was missing which included the tea. This is the third time now that Smithfield has screwed up our order.

Great food as always. Every order has consistent generous portions, food temperature is always ideal when food arrives, and always arrives on time.

The chicken and fries were good, so were the hushpuppies. I think the coleslaw recipe was changed, I did not care for it!!!

Meal was served without hushpuppies and the coleslaw was not served in a separate container leading to all the chicken tenders and my fries being soaked in coleslaw liquid. Additionally there were none of the normal condiments to choose from. Other locations do a far better job.
