Loooove the Brisket. I got a mix of lean and fatty cuts, but I couldnt tellwhich was supposed to be the lean cut. They were both pretty fatty, so maybe just stick with the lean cut if you dont want too much fat.

I got into Denver for a workshop at our corporate office, was hungry, didn't want to get out so I ordered delivery from Smok. BRUH! I'm from Louisiana, BBQ isn't supposed to be this good anywhere but home.
Burnt ends were amazing.
Cole slaw was amazing.
Ribs were amazing.
But the true surprise for me was the fried okra and the sauce. BRUH!

I really wanted some comfort food. It has been a long day since it's snowing outside I ordered the brisket Cobb Salad and the Smoked Turkey for my husband. I promise you it was worth every Cent. It made me pause to write this review.... BON APPETIT
