Pound of Brisket
If I could rate the quality in the negative numbers, I would. The brisket order had GLOBS of fat. The meat seemed BAKED rather than SMOKED. The "product," because it wasn't much meat, was SWIMMING in at least a quarter inch of grease. I contacted Door Dash and was told the issue wasn't one that could be handled through refund. "Lesson learned." I won't be ordering from this store again.

This was the first time I've ordered from Smokehouse BBQ. The BBQ Pork was delicious but the pulled chicken was more like ground chicken. Also very dry.

The rib plate was good. But I was disappointed with the apple cobbler. They are usually really good but this time it wasnt even edible. Maybe just an off night.
