I ordered the half pound brisket about 3 weeks ago and it was light. Total weight was .17 lbs. (yes I weighed it) I completely understand that mistakes are made, it happens. Called the store and spoke with the manager, very nice lady, explained what was wrong and she immediately wanted to make it right. I told her I didn't want anything but good service in the future and I would order again in the coming weeks then write a review. I did just that this evening and couldn't be happier! The brisket was excellent along with the sides. It's not too often that you find people in the food service industry that truly care. The management here are excellent and true to their word. Excellent barbecue as well.

While the Memphis Sauce was tasty, i thought the sandwich mediocre. The brisket was tender, but there was not much of it on the bun, the fried onion twists were soggy and inedible. they were scraped off. The mango slaw was good and the fries had a nice seasoning on them. It wasn't a bad meal..but it wasn't a great one either.

The prime PRIME TIME BRISKET SANDWICH and fries were great! The Extra Sauce Alabama White was amazing. Peppery with a vinegar kick. I would pass on the Mac and TENNESSEE ONION TWIGS next time but overall pretty good. 4.5 out of 5

The Brisket Sliders were delicious could use maybe a bit more meat. the sauces were fantastic. TATER SALAD was lacking a bit of tang but that is just personal preference. great food. will order again

Super yummy I wish the Burger - SmokeTown's Own was a little less well done but there was no option for it so that's okay! The SIDE BBQ BEANS were so delicious
