Absolutely incredible! Brisket was tender and juicy. The Sriracha Pimento Cheese Bites were surprisingly good! Highly recommend!

I try to support local. With that being said, this might be the worst Chopped Brisket Sandwich I've ever had. Burnt, dry, flavorless. The brisket mac was the consistency of pudding. The beans smell rotten. If either had been edible, I would have been upset that they were only 4oz sides. The Jalapeño Cheese Sausage wasn't bad. I feel bad leaving a negative review. But, I also feel robbed of $30.

the food was alright. Definitely not worth 60 bucks. 3 Meat BBQ Plate I chose brisket, brisket, and sausage. got one piece if brisket and lots of sausage. brisket was more $. boyfriend said the burger was delicious. the brisket itself was tasty and may go in to the store to eat this.

i ordered the 3 meat Three Meat Plate and was disappointed i got 2 small slices of brisket and got 2 spoon fuls of hot and spicey beans not worth the $20.50 i paid got $5 of food and the brisket was very tough i would not recommed this place to anyone

Ok here's my review. Im from Tennessee but live out west now so I miss barbeque and always make a point to order it when Im in states that are known for it. I ordered the 2 meat option double brisket based on the reviews here's the good juicy & moist here's the bad. Small portions (see photo) also main flavor was cracked pepper. BBQ sauce on the side is a vinegar based and it's just ok. Coleslaw was lacking salt and acid (maybe needed a splash of apple cider vinegar) main flavor in coleslaw was also pepper. Beans had a nice smoke but again werent rounded just Smokey no sweetness like molasses which is common in baked beans. Finally Banana Pudding was good but richer than any banana pudding ive ever had. Tasted like there was marshmallow and maybe carmel in it. So could only eat a couple bites. Not a bad spot but the flavors didn't blow me away like i was hoping.
