The bun to filling ratio is off the charts. The barbecue was so fat and juicy. The Brisket Chili has a whole layer of cheese on top and I'm ridiculously lactose intolerant but it was so worth it. I wish my stomach was younger so I could enjoy more of it. Definitely not a light meal, but that's not what you're ordering barbecue for anyway.

The Smoked Chicken Tamales had slightly smoky, tender meat. The O.G. Brisky Bao and Korean Cowboy were filled with meat encased in fluffy buns. Would order again!

First time order from here and I am pleasantly surprised by the brisket! I'm from Texas so I have pretty high brisket standards. The Brisket Grilled Cheese Sandwich is delish!
