Everything was ok. The Collard Greens is why I gave 3 stars because they were so good. The Mac&Cheese was so gritty, did not eat.

The texture of the greens were great, but there was way too much vinegar. The beans had too much liquid smoke flavor and were too tangy. Pork Belly was cooked to perfection, but it was a very small portion. I won't be back, but I'd BBQ is one of those things you have to try for yourself.
