Excellent BBQ!! Portion large enough for two to share. Sauce choice was appropriate and very appreciated. Price extremely reasonable.

Meat Only - Baby Back Ribs were really good, great seasoning and smoke ring.
The rib tips were very dry and hard to chew. Would not order again.
Mac and cheese was ok, not super notable in comparison to other bbq spots in the area. Sharp cheddar was at the forefront in terms of flavor.
Collard Greens were pretty good, a bit vinegary.
Sauces provided were good but the containers were half full and I was only provided 2. I had to use my only bbq sauce which was disappointing. Bbq should come with bbq sauce and a fair amount of it.
Overall not bad bbq for reasonable prices. If I were to go back I would get the ribs and try the brisket

It's astonishing how good Smoking Kow has become. Some of the best BBQ I've ever had, and the sides are great, too. Brisket chili and the Mac and cheese are some of my faves.

As a born and raised Texan, Smoking Kow is bomb! Definitely the best bbq I've had in the DMV. Feast for 4 is a steal too! 10/10

I ordered the burnt ends and I only got 4 but I was loaded up on the extra meat which was extra dry pulled pork. it would be nice if you did proper main portions and not try to overload sides and cheaper extra meats. Esp for the prices.
