Very pleased that everything arrived still warm (20 mins) freshest eggs, delicious bacon and mocha. Pancakes are very thick, I could only get through a fourth.

would not order omelette again, could not even tell there was any cheese. doesnt even look like they use real eggs. bacon was extremely salty. hasbrowns flavorless. definitely not worth $30+, oh well live and learn.

Disappointed in the Short Rib Loco Moco* not much meat, undercooked rice and undercooked eggs (some of the egg white was still runny. I ordered over medium and the egg was not cooked that way). Sweet Potato GFF Pancakes seemed undercooked as well as the were wet inside.

The ranchero sauce was not good at all and made the Snooze Breakfast Burrito* taste nasty. The insideof the burrito was okay but there was too much black beans and rice :(

Ordered $8 latte and got it smaller than 12oz and also no straw with it and lid is not intended to drink with without a straw (it's not like starbucks lid)
