I got the Grandma’s Special-NO ADD ON/ SUBSTITUTE ALLOWED this time. This is my second time ordering from here and both times DELICIOUS!! The sides are delectable. The first time I was a little skeptical due to pricing, but it's definitely worth it.

The reviews are on point! The chef in the kitchen is putting their foot in everything. The Mac n cheese is true southern Mac, yams was busting, sweet flavor, not over powering with sugar and not too soft! Oh, and the greens mannnn!! I didnt notice any meat in them but they could have fooled me. I was definitely patting my belly afterwards. The fish was delicious just a bit salty and the corn bread wasnt my favorite however my son enjoyed the cornbread over everything. I don't regret spending a single dollar! $35 plate plus dasher tip made it almost $50 but it was worth it!!

The So Halal Special is perfect! Portions are large and flavorful. I've had this meal multiple times and have not been disappointed yet. My only critique is the for the Shortbread Banana Pudding . It is delicious but not enough for the $8 price tag.
